Alpha-access requests
When you request an invitation, Resolve Softworks stores your name, email address, optional organization, intended use, and the time of your request. We use this information to review your request and contact you about alpha participation. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a general marketing list.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored privately on our hosting infrastructure. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security, and our hosting provider operates the underlying server infrastructure. Access requests are not displayed publicly or sold. Encrypted backups may retain a copy after deletion from active storage until those backups rotate.
Cookies and security
This landing page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our infrastructure providers may process technical connection information for delivery and security. The access form uses temporary rate limits to reduce abuse; the application does not retain raw IP addresses with your request.
Music files
This public page does not accept music uploads. Any invited alpha participation involving recordings will be arranged separately, with its handling terms explained before submission.
Retention and requests
Access requests are kept while they remain relevant to alpha recruitment, or until you ask us to remove them. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the access form and enter “Privacy request” followed by your request in the intended-use field, using the email address associated with your original submission. We may need to verify that address before acting.
